walked in not sure what I wanted, I was greeted by Paul Freeman one of the best salespeople I’ve been fortunate enough to do business with. He is more interested in finding the perfect car to fit your needs. I went to nearly a dozen dealerships, and was constantly getting calls and texts pushing me to me to schedule test drives, from different dealerships and their sales people.

Naples Dodge has treated me well since I bought my truck there in 2021. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and working with you to make it as easy as possible.
Kelli was great! She communicated well during the process and was wonderful to work with.
It was a very nice experience. I did all of the negotiations in the days leading up to when I got into town and I was able just to bring a cashiers check from my bank to the dealership just getting all of what I wanted and nothing I don’t want.

I think Danielle could’ve been a bit more friendlier. Normally when car picked up, it’s driven around to service area but instead I was told my your car was parked close by in the parking lot knowing it needed to be jump started. Annoyed when asked for it to be jump started, drove to parking lot again instead of driving up to me to service area, turning it off and requiring my friend to have to jump start it in the parking lot because of lack of customer service on her end.. I was notified of a safety recall on my new Pacifica. I went onto the Naples Chrysler website and made a service appointment including the specific recall and information about my van and myself. The website acknowledged the appointment and set a calendar date on my computer. Great.
I showed up several weeks later to have the recall done. The dealership did not have the parts, and did not notify me of that fact in advance. Wasted trip. The dealership wanted an opportunity to purchase the Porsche I was selling .. we came to an agreement on price .. I decided to buy a used BMW on their lot .. finance came with figures totaling about $4,000. The scheduling and service is superb and completed in record time! Wyatt Gates, my Service Advisor, goes above and beyond to provide a great customer service experience.
Slow to no response after 2 messages and a testy. Once I finally spoke to someone the were efficient.
Scheduled my JK to get re-geared. Oracio, the Service manager and Brian service rep really stepped up. Soon as the parts came in, it was like clockwork. In and out in two days. Love that they washed the vehicle before they present it to you. 5 stars all day
I was pleased with the work done, but was frustrated how long it took for Jeep parts to be available to complete the job. In addition, the parts and labor that was preformed was more than the original work I brought my vehicle to the dealership.

Your “secret weapon” is Natalia Evangelista. Absolutely amazing experience with such a polite, quick and knowledgeable advisor. The service technician that is working on Diesel trucks is also amazing. This is my third visit to the dealership because of those two people.

I contacted Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to have my Jeep repaired under the extended corrosion warranty. Upon my initial contact a female service advisor informed me they could not help me. She said to call the manufacturer. Attempts to reach Stellantis and Jeep support yielded no helpful assistance. Subsequently, I contacted Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again and was fortunate to speak with Justin Reynolds. Oil change and tire rotation were done well, I got a video to keep me updated.
I am very unhappy with my purchase. I was sold a car without working air conditioning. I only get hot air from the vents even on max cooling. I was told by the saleswoman Ellen that the car was well-maintained and inspected for any issues. Any issues weee addressed before listing the vehicle for sale, apparently not! I specifically asked her if the car had any issues regarding heating and cooling because the Carfax showed that the A/C was recharged at their dealership before listing it for sale. My 2026 grand Wagoneer was month old and was dead in my driveway Was towed to the dealer I had to pay 231.50 because my car wasn't listed too new with road side assistance The service manager told me that the battery was dead and needs to be changed every 12 months but I don't understand I only had the car for 1 month.

My Jeep had an ABS control module failure and the service center corrected the problem and I was able to use my extended warranty. Overall the experience was great and the office tech Jessie Millhouse was wonderful as she kept me informed of the status along the way.
I purchased a 2026 Grand Wagoneer on April 13th and on Tuesday May 12th the car was dead in my driveway and had to be towed to the dealer. I had to pay $231.50 for the towing thru Roadside assistance which shoul have been covered in warranty. They service manger told me that the battery needed to be replaced. I can't believe this with a car that is brand new. But he continued to tell me that battery's in these cars need to be replaced every 12 months. Tried to get a brand new wrangler into ft myers with check engine light on and they told me they were 3 weeks out to check it out !! Called Naples dealer they told me to come right down and gave me a loaner car and had my wrangler back the next day
Needed a new tire and the tech was excellent as was Natalia Evangelista she is so helpful, knowledgeable and excellent.

Dealership is awful. People that answer the phone are rude and not helpful. I’m simply trying to get my tag. Dealer said they would handle it even though it’s an out of state sale. But GA where I live has no record of anything on the vehicle and my temporary tag expires in 5 days. I was told the only thing I needed to do was get a VIN identification by a police officer.
