My first time at Naples Dodge. Was happy with the service. Jessie was awsome. One thing that I didnot like was when I got my van back, all the seats were down. Not a big deal, but they should have put them all back up.

Normally Naples Dodge service center is a really good spot to take your Dodge/Ram for service. This time, not so much. We took our 2019 Dodge Durango in for service, specifically both key fobs were only working intermittently. Also for an alignment. Well when we picked up the Durango, neither key fob was working (although in their video they mentioned they were working without actually showing that) and the alignment was still off. On the expensive side of the spectrum, but it was a solid service. I am driving up North, so IO feel confident that the break fluid maintenance job (as well as the regular oil change service) will allow me to keep going safely. The 3% surcharge on credit card charges is a downer, but I was clearly informed about that. I would prefer a tad faster turn around, but I had good shopping at Kohl's, so it counts for something 😄
Had a rust issue on my ram truck and truthfully i thought i had a fight on my hands, i chatted with a woman service representative who ask to wait a few minutes while she finished with a client,. She took me outside saw the rust in question I asked if they would warranty it and fix it , she was quite honest and said it was to much for the to fix hand me a card and told to call at my earliest convenience and they would take care of it. Terrible experience, not trust worthy people, selling unsafe vehicles. Avoid at all costs. As the story goes for most dealerships they only care about making the sale and couldn’t care less about you or your safety or the safety or condition of the vehicle they’re selling you. Horrible experience, made errors on my purchase documents, took me 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to get them to correct their errors, no customer should need to chase a dealership to correct their own errors, dealer staff ahould have reached out to me and kept contact / updates with me until all their errors were corrected. I finally was able to get in contact with the G.M. and he fixed all the errors for professionally and quickly. Thank you

It was fairly easy to purchase a vehicle from the dealership. I began my search online and then reached out to the dealership by phone as the dealership is located over 100 miles from my home was able to easily negotiate a price over the phone and to have the sales person “show me the vehicle“ via video chat.

Service department is great. I went in for a few items that I needed to have repaired. There were a few other deferred maintenance items I was planning on coming back for at a later date but the advisor said they could get all the work done within the timeframe I gave them as I was waiting at the dealership. They completed the work ahead of schedule.
Stephenson was a delightful gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He is a rising star, which is why we gave him 5 stars. The dealership however, has some hidden costs buried in fine print. As people who spent our careers in sales and customer service industry, this was a turnoff to us. Hence, the 3 star rating. Stephenson worked through these issues with us so we were able to make the deal.
