Service department is great. I went in for a few items that I needed to have repaired. There were a few other deferred maintenance items I was planning on coming back for at a later date but the advisor said they could get all the work done within the timeframe I gave them as I was waiting at the dealership. They completed the work ahead of schedule.
Stephenson was a delightful gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He is a rising star, which is why we gave him 5 stars. The dealership however, has some hidden costs buried in fine print. As people who spent our careers in sales and customer service industry, this was a turnoff to us. Hence, the 3 star rating. Stephenson worked through these issues with us so we were able to make the deal.

Made a 10 am appointment to have oil change and tire rotation . Took 2 hours and 15 minutes . Not acceptable . Have not enjoyed this dealer ship since the purchase . Very unorganized . Probably will not have my oil changed again even though it was part of the purchase .
Laura did a great job of communicating with us on a complicated repair we had on our van. She guided us on how to further expedite our repair.

Carlos was great. He got the jeep recall done quickly and was able to get a front end alignment I needed as well in a timely fashion. He was good with communication in keeping me informed. There has been other times when I have been there (even with a scheduled appt) that I have waited hours for basic service.

From the moment I arrived, Natalia and the manager (not sure of his name - think it might have been have been Micha), made me feel very special. Brought my Grand Cherokee in for a software update. I was provided with a loaner, which was greatly appreciated. But Natalia and Micha noticed a small paint chip on my rear bumper. I always get great service especially for oil changes and other small services just driving up with out an appointment.
I called late in the week and was able to get a next-day appointment on Saturday. They got be in quickly, figured out what service I did and didn't need and got me out with a washed car in the two hour time estimate they gave me. They also correctly applied discounts reflected in a mailer I had received.
They were very professional and transparent about everything. The process in buying the truck was simple and they made written promises to repair certain items about the truck that were wrong with it before I came along. They continue to communicate with me about timelines and parts on order. Very dependable and respectful dealership and staff

Natalia is excellent to work with. She is extremely friendly and very responsive to any texts during my Jeeps service. Had an issue with a tire valve the day after I got the Jeep back. Will (I think that was my tech) came to my house, changed the tire and took it back to the service center. I stopped in the next day and had it put back in. Now that’s service!!! Thank you!!!! Btw, shuttle guy is awesome as well!!!
