We would just like to let you know that we are very happy with our new Jeep
Wrangler Unlimited Sahara that we purchased there in December 2011. We would
like to commend Mark Hutchinson for his professional, courteous and
knowledgeable assistance. He did a superb job and has continued to help us with
anything we have needed. We have bought many new cars over the years and we will
have to say he's the best salesman we have ever dealt with! He was able to
answer every question we had and was never a pushy salesman. We want to say
thank you to all of you for making our car buying experience an easy one. We
would definitely come back there if we ever wanted to buy another vehicle while

I would like to take a moment to recognize Casey Scott in your service
department. My wife and I purchased 2 Grand Cherokees about a month ago and
truly enjoy them. My wife's vehicle has run perfectly. My Grand Cherokee
unfortunately had a couple of issues when purchased. However, Casey took care of
both the tire issue and alignment problem. Casey kept in constant contact and
delivered on everything as promised and in a timely fashion. I am not sure if
you recognize people as Employee of the Month, if so I would highly recommend
Casey as he provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to work with.
I will happily bring both our vehicles back to your service department as I know

I am
on a very tight budget, but I needed a vehicle that was comfortable and
could also tow an old, heavy, large popup camper. I loved my little 07
Mercury Mariner, but traveling from Cape Coral to Bonita Springs for
work every day put a lot of miles on it in (82000). I had been to a lot
of dealerships from Cape Coral to Naples and was looking at many
different types of small to mid-size SUV's in my price range (there were
not a lot). Then, I met Tony (Anthony) at Naples Dodge because I
saw on their website that they had a Dodge Durango that was a little
over my price range but I thought "What the heck, why not" and my
parents had bought a minivan from them several years earlier and liked
them. Tony was very pleasant to talk to and had me stop on in at the
dealership after work to see how much my trade-in was worth (I still
owed 10k). While they looked at my trade-in I asked Tony if we could
look inside of a new Durango and next thing I knew, I was test driving a
new Dodge Durango and I fell in love with it. When we returned to the
dealership they told me that my trade-in was worth 9K. I was actually a
little surprised that they were going to give me that much considering
all the other dealers only wanted to give me around 7K for it. But,
still? this was an extra $1000 I did not have and I was already several
thousand over the invoice cost. I started having doubts, but knew when I
walked in that it was going to be impossible to be able to afford a
FULL sized SUV. Tony knew how much I could spend and how much I really
loved the vehicle? he did not try to force me, intimidate me or sucker
me into anything and simply said "Give me a few days Patrick; I'm going
to keep trying to see if we can do this. Don't give up!" To make a very
long story short (well, I will try). Tony and I went back and forth
through emailed and phone conversations for several weeks and he managed
to bring my interest rate down lower to the point that I was actually
paying $20 less a month than what I had budgeted! So thanks to Tony, I
now have a new 2011 Dodge Durango with a factory installed tow package
and actually brought it in from 4 hours away because it was the only
white Durango with a factory tow package in the area. During this whole
thing I found out that I had a clogged artery and had to be admitted
into a hospital which afterwards I would be out of commission for
awhile? so, Tony had to really work hard for everything to come together
and quickly. He stayed late that night and waited for the Durango to
come in from the east coast, gave it a quick car wash and was a little
disappointed that they could not detail it because that section of the
dealership was closed (and yes, it was pretty late) so he told me
whenever I had time after my surgery to stop by any time and he will get
it detailed and fill the tank up (which I had a family member take it
back down a week later and Tony did everything he said he would). I was
very impressed with Naples Dodge, every dealer that I bumped into
were all very nice and not pushy at all. The actual dealership was
set-up very nicely with couches, WiFi, coffee and fountain drinks? all
of which came in handy while waiting for the vehicle to come from Vero
Beach. Naples Dodge has won me over? Thank you Tony and Naples Dodge!

"Service Center"
We have two Jeeps, one an aging Wrangler and the other a newer 08'
Liberty. Purchased the Liberty elsewhere but have any work or
maintenance done at this nearby dealership when necessary, for the
warranty purposes.
Now here is something I never, ever thought I'd say: we have had all positive experiences with the Service Dept....
(at a Dealership people!)
(Particularly with Mildred). Have had my Jeep in a handful of times for
this and that and they have each time been so great. One issue was
recurring but of course only when the car was NOT at the dealership, so
one of the mechanics just told us, bring it by the second it does it
again, you don't even need an appointment, we'll figure it out. Oddly it
never happened again, but how cool.
Nice people, good work and they have a Rewards Card that is completely worth getting.
