BDC Customer Service Representative FULL and Part-Time


The BDC Service Representative will be dealing exclusively with all incoming service customers.

Job Responsibilities

-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
-Excellent verbal/written communication
-Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
-Have a sense of urgency, commitment, ability and desire to make things happen
-An ability to work effectively in a commission environment
-General computer knowledge necessary
-Experience with multi-line phone operating system
-Ability to handle a "start-to-finish" service process on a significant load of
high-quality, paid and organic internet leads
-Follow up with existing and potential service customers to generate leads and close
service appointments
-Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership team
-We are a EOE and drug free work place

BDC Sales Representative

BDC SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Seeking dealership BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Representative. Will be responsible for answering internet leads, sales calls and making follow up calls as well as making appointments. Looking for a tenacious person with a strong drive to succeed. Outstanding customer service skills required. This is an amazing opportunity to grow with a reputable dealership.
